Introducing The Parsons Group, Inc. REBATE Program!

Buyer's get cash back when they purchase a home with The Parsons Group, Inc.

That's right!  Cash in your pocket!

Whenever you move into a new home it is always nice to have some extra cash for things like furniture, appliances, blinds etc.  When you buy a home with the Parsons Group, you will get some money back to help.

The What, Why, How:

What:  This is a new rebate program developed for buyers only to help recover with the cash outlay when buying a home.  You can use this cash back for anything you want.

Why:  We do this because we know in can be expensive to buy a home.  Very rarely can you buy a home with no money out of pocket and regardless of the amount, it helps to get cash back.  In a non-scientific survey of our past clients, 100% said they would have loved to get some money back at closing to help in purchasing new items for the home, pay off bills incurred during the process or just to save for rainy day.  We answered with our new rebate program!
How: A lot of people ask us how we can do this.  It is simple, because we are independant and don't pay huge franchise or brokerage fees we can return some of our fee to you as a thank you for using our services.  Other companies/agents typically have to relinquish up to 60% of their fee, so basically they can't afford to do this.  It is a win-win for everyone.
As always, there are terms and conditions associated with this program, please contact us to find out more about the program and look forward to getting your money back!
